Your information
Privacy policy
Site Daily is published by Haidi Wasso. This policy explains how Site Daily 1.0 and this support website handle information.
Effective date: 23 September 2026
Project information is stored on your device. It leaves the app when you choose to export or share it, or when your device’s backup settings include it. Site Daily does not provide an automatic project synchronization service.
Your project information
Site Daily stores your projects, issues, area names, contractor and responsible-person names, photos, annotations, branding, report settings and saved PDF reports on your device. These are used to organize your work and create reports. Site Daily does not provide a developer-operated account or project syncing service in this version.
Camera, photos and files
Camera access is requested when you choose to take a photo. You can select existing photos and choose a backup file to restore. You can create a written issue without camera access. Permission choices can be changed in iOS Settings. Site Daily does not request microphone or GPS location access; floors and areas are labels you enter.
Sharing and backups
Reports and backups leave the app when you choose to save or share them using another app or file provider. Backups contain your project information and photos. The destination you choose manages those copies under its own terms and privacy policy. Your device's Apple backup settings may also include app data. Site Daily does not control those external copies.
Keeping and deleting information
Information stays in the app until you delete it or remove the app. Archiving a project keeps its information. Deleting an issue does not remove previously exported PDF reports; remove those separately from Report history when needed. Copies already saved to Files, a device backup, email or another service must be managed there. Keep an exported backup before changing devices or deleting the app.
Analytics and contact
This version does not include developer-operated advertising, tracking or analytics services, or an AI service that receives your project content. Apple may process App Store or TestFlight diagnostics under its own settings and policies. If you contact support, the contact details and information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending project photos or backups unless they are needed to resolve your question.
This support website
This website does not ask you to create an account, upload project files or submit a contact form. We have not added advertising or analytics tools. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. Opening a link or emailing support uses the separate services you choose.
Support correspondence and your choices
If you email support, Haidi Wasso receives your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer and resolve your request, not to build an advertising profile. Email providers process correspondence as part of delivering and storing email.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and handle related follow-up, or as required by law. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent by contacting haidi@wasso.com. We will respond to the request and explain any information we need to retain. We cannot access or delete project information stored only on your device or copies you shared with someone else.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the app’s information practices change. Any future accounts, project synchronization or other services will be described in an updated policy before they are introduced. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
