How can we help?
Email Haidi Wasso at haidi@wasso.com. Include your app version, device model and a short description of the problem.
Start with the essentials
Your work stays on your device.
Record an issue your way
In Issues, use Camera, Photos or Write. Add your observation, choose the areas and assign responsibility. Save unfinished work as a draft, then complete it later.
Keep the next step clear
Use Tracking to find Open, In progress, Ready for review and Closed work. Change an issue’s status when the work moves forward.
Make a report worth sharing
In Report, choose Detailed, Compact or Photo focus. Filter the issues, add your branding, preview the result and save or share the PDF. Find saved reports in History.
Keep a copy of your projects
In Setup, choose Back up all projects and finish saving the file with Save to Files. Keep it somewhere you can reach if you lose or replace your device.
Common questions
Why is an issue missing from my report?
Check the selected project, report filters and the issue’s In PDF switch. Drafts do not appear in Tracking or PDF reports. Closing an issue turns In PDF off by default; turn it on again if you want the closed issue in your report.
Can I work without an internet connection?
You can create issues and generate PDF reports in the installed app offline. Downloading a photo from iCloud or sharing to an online service may still need a connection.
How do I move to a new device?
Export a backup from Setup on the old device. Save it somewhere accessible, then use Restore a phone backup in Site Daily on the new device. Restoring adds copies; avoid repeating the same restore when your projects are already present. There is no automatic synchronization between devices.
Can one issue cover several areas or photos?
Yes. Select several areas, including areas on different floors. You can keep up to eight photos with one issue, or write an issue without a photo.
Why didn’t my old PDF change after I edited an issue?
Report history keeps each saved PDF as it was exported. Create a new report to include your latest changes. You can still open or share the earlier report from History.
How do I delete my information?
Delete the relevant issues or projects in the app. Archiving keeps the data. Remove saved PDFs separately from report History, and manage copies you already exported to Files, email or other services there. Back up anything you want to keep before removing the app.
When contacting support, describe the steps you tried and any message you saw. Leave private project details out of screenshots unless they are needed to explain the problem. Never send passwords or verification codes.
